Berry Park is a splendid Victorian Country House, full of character, set in six acres of attractive gardens and fields in the beautiful Devon countryside right next to the Cornish Border. It is close to the sea, in the unspoilt hamlet of Welcombe.
The house has been skilfully converted into apartments of various sizes and there are also two 16th century cottages. All have been carefully modernised to provide every comfort whilst retaining the original Victorian features giving them style and character.
All accommodation is fully equipped for easy self-catering and we also have a licensed restaurant serving evening meals should you wish. We have a games room, heated outdoor swimming pool and a variety of friendly farm animals and pets. All accommodation and public rooms are non-smoking.
We are confident that you will be impressed by the high standard of our accommodation which is fully equipped and maintained to exacting standards.
Linen and towels provided, cots and highchairs FOC. Central heating is included in the price of most properties.
Changeover day is normally Saturday but outside the main season please enquire.

By Road:
Leave the M5 at exit 27 and follow the signs onto the A361 towards Barnstaple.
At Barnstaple, take the first exit from the roundabout onto the A39 signposted Bideford and Bude.
Approximately 14 miles after Bideford you will pass the ""West Country Inn"" on your left and just over a mile further brings you to Welcombe Cross. Take the next turning right, signposted Welcombe.
After 3 miles, you will see the "Berry Park" sign on our white wall, turn left down the drive.
By Rail:
By rail the scenic Tarka Line from Exeter to Barnstaple connects with Intercity trains.
National Express, together with the local bus network, serve the main towns in the area.
The nearest airports are Bristol, Exeter and Newquay.
