Tucked away in a quiet rural location, a stroll from the River Taw and a couple of minutes drive from Kings Nympton, one of Devon's most beautiful villages, this superb barn conversion offers the home comforts of contemporary living, whilst retaining all the character features from a building dating back to the late 1800s. Primrose Cottage lies within the grounds of the owner's Victorian Manse offering some 42 acres of rolling meadows, woodland and paddocks, with the River Taw marking the northerly boundary of the property.

The barn has been renovated to a high standard offering excellent accommodation. The location is perfect for exploring the area either by foot, bike, or car if you wish to go further afield. From wonderful countryside, to the crashing waves of the Atlantic only 30 minutes away.

It is a tonic to just sit and relax, soaking in the breathtaking view of the valley with only the abundance of passing bird and wildlife to distract you. The area surrounding the cottage is wonderful for children who can make the most of the great outdoors.

Exit the M5 motorway at junction 27 (Tiverton) and proceed west along the A361 to Barnstaple. After approx. 25 miles take the first left at the roundabout signposted South Molton onto the B3227 and drive into the town centre.

The red brick Post Office building will be directly in front of you. Bear left beside Post office and head along South Street (B3226) Continue on this road through the Mole Valley.

At the T Junction with the A377 turn sharp right. Immediately after going over the River Taw road bridge, take the first sharp left opposite the Fortescue Garage. Carry on this country lane for approximately 1mile. Drive past a property on the right hand side called Woodlands.

As the road dips, please take the next turn which is the drive to Primrose Cottage. You have reached your destination, now you simply need to relax in beautiful surroundings.
