South Corner Cottage is a self catering cottage a stone's throw from the beach. The self catering cottage comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is en suite. There is also a separate bathroom. The self catering cottage will sleep 4 people. South Corner Cottage has a beautiful coastal location with waterside views. Dogs are welcome. This self catering cottage has off-street parking which will accommodate 2/3 cars. The cottage has a lovely sheltered sunny patio with a South Westerly aspect.

South Corner cottage has an attractive fully fitted kitchen. The living room has a feature fireplace with a wood burner. The yacht club, restaurants and pubs are close by, as is the shop where you can buy anything you might need..

Approached from the ample driveway, the rear entrance door opens into a useful porch with convenient cloakroom and continues into the attractive fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. The living room features a brick fireplace with wood burner, ideal for those cosy cooler evenings and opens into the light and bright conservatory-style dining room providing the perfect setting to linger over a meal as you watch the ever-changing river scene, and an array of sailing boats coming and going from the nearby Yacht Club.

Travelling South on the M5 leave M5 at junction 27, then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A361. Follow the A361 to Barnstaple, and then follow signs to Bideford joining the A39, Just before the Torridge Bridge, turn right and follow the signs to Instow.
