There is a designated under cover secure car parking space situated close to the entrance and lift with additional disabled parking; a CCTV security system is in operation covers the car park and buildings. A concierge is on duty to assist guests Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

A rooftop terrace is accessible via the lift in Kepwick House, which offers a peaceful retreat, to enjoy the 360º views of the North Bay, woodlands and Castle headland.
