Cyclists & walkers welcome. Lockable shed available with Apartment 1for storing of cycles/ mobility scooter subject to prior booking. High chair, travel cot, baby intercom, nappy bins, available on request. Stairgates available for Apartment 3 on request. Breakfasts can be arranged at a nearby cafe/diner subject to arrangement if required. Launderette (Coin-op) nearby on West Street. CostCutter supoermarket nearby on West Street. Children welcome from any age.

Apartment 3a Details

• Flat sleeps up to 2+1
• This is the lower floor of two-storey Apartment 3 which is let out as a self-contained unit without access to the upper floor for smaller numbers of people subject to availability. I double bedroom, bathroom with bath, lounge diner with T.V / Freeview box / DVD player and kitchen. A folding put-u-up bed is available on request for 3rd person if required or for alternative sleeping requirements for 2 persons. 1 parking permit for on street parking is included.. This apartment is centrally heated.
• Bath, Non-smoking unit
• Prices (per unit per week for normal occupancy)
• Short break 1 night stays may also be possible. at 50% of the 2 night price.

Apartment 1 Details

• Flat sleeps up to 5
• Ground floor centrally heated apartment with block paved South-easterly facing patio garden & rear access & parking for small economy sized car. 1 parking permit also provided if required for on street parking. I bedroom with double & single bed off the living room. Living room with T.V / Freeview box / DVD player having 4' futon sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. Kitchen & shower room. Lockable shed in garden which can be booked to store bicycles for those customers on cycling holidays. Wheelchair accessible and equipped for disabled customers. Portable shower seat and raised toilet seat available on request.

• First floor centrally heated apartment. 1 weekly parking permit provided if required for on street parking. Kitchen, living room with T.V, Freeview box & DVD player & 4' sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. Bedroom with double & single bed leading to bathroom with bath with electric shower over. Alternative access to the bathroom is also available for those sleeping in the living room via the communal first floor landing for those not wishing to go through the bedroom.

Apartment 3 Details

• Flat sleeps up to 6
• Two-storey maisonette flat on 2nd & 3rd floors conprising of:-. 2nd floor - Kitchen, bathroom with bath, lounge / dining room with T.V / Freeview box / DVD player , double bedroom. 3rd floor - 1 double bedroom, 2 small single bedrooms & shower room . A folding put-u-up bed is available on request for the living room for alternative sleeping requirements. N.B The 2nd floor is heated by the central heating system and the 3rd floor is heated by electric heaters. Apartment 3 comes with up to 2 parking permits for on street parking as required.
