The house is situated in St Vigor's Road (CB21 5HG) in the centre of Fulbourn village a short walk from the shops/pubs. At the front the house there is off-road parking for two cars and a large green. Easy access to Cambridge business parks north, south, and east of the city. Frequently used and commended by visitors to i2, ARM, Ida Darwin and Addenbrookes.On the Citi 1 bus route to Addenbrooks and Cambridge. Babraham Park and Ride 5 minutes drive.
It is equipped to a high standard. A telephone line, cable TV, and unlimited large broadband internet(wired and non wired) are complimentary.
The rear garden is 100ft long, south-facing, and landscaped. It comes with a gardener, so you can enjoy the garden without having to maintain it!
Typically the cost is £500 to £650 for a week and includes all bills except for your telephone calls and TV purchases. Weekends and working week stays are often possible please do ring/email to enquire.
