Details

The buildings are now a far cry from their originally intended use. When the building and grounds were first completed in 1899, horse-drawn carriages were frequently used and the stables were located on Pound Hill at the back of the college. With the need for accommodation expanding, they were historically refurbished and transformed from stable blocks to form accommodation and have recently been further refurbished and modernised to a high standard as part of a £7 million improvement to Westminster College as a whole.
