A fabulous conversion of a detached C18th grade II listed stone mill in the Conwy Valley, retaining most of its working parts and renovated to high standards. The hugely impressive first floor lounge, with logburning stove, lends a wonderful ambience and incorporates the original grinding stone and grain sorting cupboards, dated 1795. Beamed, split-level kitchen/diner on the ground (slate) floor; separate utility. Five second floor bedrooms: double + shower room, double, bath/shower room, twin + WC; other side of house (only available in Lowest season when paying £560 rate) has double + bathroom and single + bath/shower room; sixth WC on first floor and a small ‘snug’. Washing machines, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD, CD/radio, free Wi-Fi, games, gas central heating and a payphone. Grounds to sit out in and barbecue, 1 mile to the pub at Eglwysbach, walks from the door. Renowned Bodnant Garden 2½ miles, 7 miles to Conwy or Llanrwst and 10 miles to the coast at Llandudno.
