A lovely detached bungalow snuggled into the hillside on the edge of the hamlet of Dyserth, just 3 miles south of the North Wales coast at Prestatyn and with views through trees to the sea. The excellent accommodation comprises double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a cosy kitchen/diner, utility with freezer & w/machine, a shower room and a sitting room with log effect electric burner, small TV & DVD. C/heating @ £25/week Oct - end March. Private terraced gardens and patio area with barbecue. Walking distance to village shop & pub; golf, sandy beach, leisure centre etc at Prestatyn. An ideal base too for cyclists and walkers (Offa’s Dyke path) and only 6 miles from the A55 for easy access to Chester, Llandudno and down to Snowdonia. No smoking inside. Towels provided.
