Riverside Hotel is a 47 bedroomed hotel and restaurant overlooking the River Kent in Kendal. Situated only a short drive from Windermere and within walking distance of Kendal town centre it is an ideal holiday destination. The Sanctuary Bar is open all day and offers views over the River Kent.
Dining is a real pleasure, our menu changes daily and offers a wide choice using locally grown fresh produce wherever possible. Furthermore whilst you dine you can enjoy stunning views of the River with Kendal Castle in the background.
We have a brand-new state of the art leisure centre with swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room and gym.
Each of our bedrooms is individually designed and a number of our rooms have 4-poster beds.

Leave M6 jct 36, taking the A590/A591. Take turning signed Kendal, Penrith, Brough and Windermere road into Kendal.
