  • ACCESS STATEMENT<br /><br />&#216; Directly on A493. Half mile from main railway station. We can collect visitors if required.<br /><br />&#216; Unrestricted parking opposite the house. A Pay &amp; Display car park is 400 yards along the main road.<br /><br />&#216; House approached by 5 slate steps. Handrail on right side.<br /><br />&#216; Main entrance into hallway through wide (800mm) wooden door and a part glazed door (750mm).<br /><br />&#216; Internal doors all 750mm wide<br /><br />&#216; All rooms decorated in neutral colours. Hall and stairs dual painted. Lower level bold colour upper in white tones.<br /><br />&#216; Ground floor level dining room.<br /><br />&#216; First floor south facing lounge has good natural light, wall lights. TV, video and music centre with remote controls<br /><br />&#216; Well lit hall, stairs and landings<br /><br />&#216; First floor bedroom up one flight of stairs with handrail.<br /><br />&#216; First floor bedroom is en-suite with WC, basin and shower.<br /><br />&#216; Second floor bedroom up one further flight of stairs with handrail.<br /><br />&#216; Second floor bedroom is en-suite with WC, basin and shower.<br /><br />&#216; Dogs are not allowed.<br /><br />&#216; Public transport within 100 yards of house<br /><br />&#216; The shops, pubs and restaurants are within 200 yards of the house<br /><br />&#216; There is no signal for the Vodaphone mobile network <br /><br />&#216; Local tourist information is provided in the house.
